Voici les r\u00e9sultats de notre \u00e9tude\u00a0sur l&#8217;hospitalit\u00e9 dans la restauration.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons pos\u00e9 nos questions \u00e0 1 920 restaurateurs, serveurs et clients. La qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du service sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux qui fid\u00e9lisent la client\u00e8le, lorsque le num\u00e9rique entre en jeu, ces deux facteurs peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s. Aussi, contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on peut penser, 78% des clients sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 redonner une chance \u00e0 un restaurateur m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une fausse note tant que la qualit\u00e9 des plats est au rendez-vous. Que ce soit \u00e0 midi ou le soir, 94% des clients jugent le temps d\u2019attente d\u00e9cisif sur leur appr\u00e9ciation de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le d\u00e9jeuner un temps d\u2019attente de 30 minutes est d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup trop long et exc\u00e8de le niveau de tol\u00e9rance des clients.<\/p>\n<p>Le soir les restaurateurs qui ne font pas attendre leurs clients gagnent en perception positive pour 54,5% des personnes interrog\u00e9es. Au moment de la commande si le serveur estime que le temps de pr\u00e9paration sera plus long, il devrait en informer les clients.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #00a3e0;\">Une seconde chance<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il y a des jours o\u00f9 rien ne va, une mauvaise communication entre la salle et la cuisine entraine une erreur de commande et le client re\u00e7oit le mauvais plat, ou pire encore, pas de plat du tout. Sachez que l\u2019erreur est humaine et que 78% des clients redonneront une chance au restaurateur. Pour 60% des personnes interrog\u00e9es, avoir affaire \u00e0 du personnel sympathique et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s important : il va d\u00e9terminer leur niveau de satisfaction. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des clients ont leur smartphone sur la table ou dans la main, \u00e7a fait partie du quotidien.
